Are the times given for the phases of the moon local for me, CDT, Eastern time, EDT, or GMT?

          OR
          One can just type, e.g.:
          364,143.928 km = ? mi
into the address bar and DDG, Google, or [insert search engine] will provide the conversion.
One can type mi, MI, mile, feet, inch, cm ... whatever unit of length one wants to get.

          BTW, 364,143.928 km = 226268.5 mi.

And I agree, the people who run this website and keep the data flowing are awesome!

This site is simply AWESOME. Use windows 8/10 calculator which will do length & speed conversions beside std, scientific, and programmer calc.
To everyone else, USA users, don't be lazy.
We need to solve our own problems Like km/miles etc. since the tools are on ur desktop!

Miles instead of kilos would be better, especially as we are now out of Europe!

A toggle for miles instead of km or just adding that in parentheses would be great for US users.

The last few nights I have seen something under the moon, a planet? Further left a very bright star? What am I seeing?

This app message board hates quotes apparently. The free app is called Stellarium.

I need to download the phase of the moon on any given date. Is there a way to connect to this site and do that?
