Not sure how to read the chart.
The spaces that aren't filled in (MOONRISE Sat, Nov 7), is it because we can't see the moon at that time?
I'm trying to figure out exactly when the moon will appear on the horizon at a specific date. It looks like there is no moonrise, but there is a moonset.

Why in some days, instead of a moon rise time there is -?
          What is the significance?
          Thanks.

If you read the information at the top ... the columns are as follows:

                (Moonrise - Moonset - Moonrise)

Why do you show (two) Moon Rises?

If the moon is already up at midnight, then a dash appears in the left moonrise column. On such a day, moonset happens first, and moonrise happens later that same day (right column).

the moonrise only happens on one side of the earth or the other .... therefore there are two different moonrise columns :)
